Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service (RACES)
RACES Plans have been formally adopted by both the City of Livermore and the City of Pleasanton, as part of the Disaster Preparedness Plans. The programs are coordinated through the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department. Operational plans and other information are listed in this area to allow users to download procedures and emergency manual information. Emergency plans include all of Eastern Alameda County and how we interact with West County and adjacent areas
